 H13 HEPA Filter

HEPA is an internationally-acknowledged safe and efficient filter material that is mostly used in environments that require high cleanliness like nuclear and atomic laboratory, medicine manufacturing and surgery.

The level of HEPA is in proportion with fiber intensity and wind friction. We used H13-level that meets medical requirements and can efficiently filter PM0.1.

 Gas phase purification medium technology

We apply MULTI-MIX Media, which can effectively control common indoor gas pollution, VOCs and odor by carrying on both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption simultaneously.

MULTI-MIX Media does not release trapped contaminants even in extreme conditions like high/low temperatures and saturation. The applicable temperature ranges from -40°C to 48.9°C, and humidity ranges from 10% to 95%.

 Triple filtering - Intermediate TVOC filter

Our filter uses 5 kg of high quality activated carbon to irreversibly eliminates volatile organic compounds (e.g. formaldehyde, benzene, acetaldehyde) by physical  absorption, chemisorption  and catalysis.

 Avoids secondary air pollution

The motor is placed between filter layers and isolated from outside air, avoiding air recirculation and secondary.


 Vacuum, dust-free operation

Our imported German backward air motor is outstanding amongst its competitors, acting like a strong pumping heart of AirProce, providing 1200m³/h of windage and up to 700pa of pressure.

Eight buffer rubber cushions can effectively prevent the transmission of fan vibration. The fan itself has 10 years of guaranteed service life, and let us accompany you longer.



 Creative Structure Design with patent

Our tight seal structure uses double molding injection processing of ABS + TPU plastic to provide high-strength shell, while ensuring that the inside is sealed tight.

Filters are equipped with NFC readers
Real-time filter element information reading and updating
We creatively applied NFC technology, commonly used in consumer electronics industry, on our filter elements, making each of them unique with an ‘id’ that is identifiable anywhere, and its information is displayed on the 5-inch screen of the machine. If the base filter and the upper H13 filter were misplaced, the problem will be recognized by the NFC chip, which will then give an alarm.
